3. Products & Services

  • DSS Print Hub offers products like printed merchandise, signage items, design templates, acrylic/ACP products, and customized branding materials.

  • All custom products are made as per specifications shared at the time of order.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Order Processing & Production

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production starts immediately.

  • No modifications are allowed after order confirmation in case of custom designs.

  • Production timelines vary depending on product type and will be displayed on the product page.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Delays due to courier companies, incorrect address details, or force majeure are not under our control.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Non-customized items: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement.

  • Customized/printed items: No cancellations or refunds once the order is confirmed.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

8. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order, with unboxing video and product photos as proof.

  • Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, templates, and graphics on the website are the property of DSS Print Hub Pvt. Ltd.

  • You may not copy, reuse, or resell our designs without written consent.

10. User Conduct

  • Users must not misuse the website by introducing viruses, hacking, or conducting fraudulent transactions.
